Showtime's Mr. Bonko Show parodies Survivor.
The Mr. Bonko Show is a relatively new adult puppet comedy series that appears in the U.S. on Showtime's PirateNet and online at the link above. I was only able to watch a limited number of the video clips on the site, but what I was able to see was really funny, fresh and well-produced.
