Mayberry Melonpool interviews legendary voice artist Billy West in a recent video from the new Melonpool video blog.
Steve Troop is the cartoonist/puppeteer behind Melonpool. If you're unfamiliar with Melonpool, it began as a comic strip Steve drew for his school paper in the mid-80s and eventually morphed in to one of the Internet's very first regularly updating web comics, running almost continiously from from `96 until late last year. The Melonpool booth has long been a fixture of west coast comic conventions like the San Diego Comicon and Steve and his pals are famous for running around the convention floor entertaining fans with puppets of the Melonpool cast.
Steve's currently gearing up for a direct-to-DVD Melonpool feature and as part of the build-up to it he's recently launched a video blog documenting his work on the project and featuring videos with Melonpool's star, Mayberry Melonpool.
